These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KhasiGPT mobile app, website, and related services (“Services”) operated by NXGS Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). Eligibility By using KhasiGPT, you confirm that: You are 13 years of age or older, and If you are between 13–17 years, you are using the Services with the consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian. Services Provided KhasiGPT offers: AI-powered chat and assistance Personal knowledge storage Language tools and translations Credits, subscriptions, and premium features We may update or modify features at any time. 4. Payments, Credits & Subscriptions Paid features include: Credit packs Subscription plans Add-on features Payments are processed by Razorpay, Google Play Billing, Apple In-App Purchases, or other approved gateways. 4.1 Pricing Prices are shown within the app and may change. 4.2 Refunds Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy and rules of the payment processor. 4.3 Credit Policy Credits: Are tied to your account Are non-transferable Cannot be exchanged for cash 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Engage in illegal or harmful behavior Use the service to harass or abuse others Attempt to hack, manipulate, or disrupt the system Upload harmful or infringing content 6. User-Generated Content (Personal Knowledge) You may add your own personal information or knowledge entries. You retain ownership of this content. You grant us permission to store and process the content solely for the purpose of providing services. 7. AI Content Disclaimer KhasiGPT uses AI models to generate responses. AI output may be imperfect. You agree not to rely on AI output as professional advice. 8. Service Availability We try to ensure continuous access but do not guarantee: Uninterrupted service Zero bugs or errors Fully accurate AI responses 9. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, code, and platform features belong to NXGS Studio. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute our content without permission. 10. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts for: Violation of these Terms Fraudulent or harmful activity Legal or security reasons You may delete your account at any time. 11. Limitation of Liability NXGS Studio is not liable for: Data loss Financial loss Decisions made based on AI content Service interruptions Use KhasiGPT at your own risk. 12.
