Terms of Service – KhasiGPT Operated by NXGS Studio Last Updated: 8 October 2026 Welcome to KhasiGPT. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the KhasiGPT mobile app, website, and related services (“Services”) operated by NXGS Studio (“we”, “our”, “us”). By accessing or using KhasiGPT, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services. 1. Eligibility By using KhasiGPT, you confirm that: You are 13 years of age or older, and If you are between 13–17 years, you are using the Services with the consent or supervision of a parent or legal guardian. If you are under 13, you may not use KhasiGPT. 2. User Account To access certain features, you must create an account. You agree to: Provide accurate and updated information Keep your login credentials secure Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access You are responsible for all activity under your account. One person may not create multiple accounts to obtain extra free usage. 3. Services Provided KhasiGPT offers: AI-powered chat and assistance, including voice conversations and image generation Personal knowledge storage Language tools and translations A community forum Credits, plans, and premium features We may update or modify features at any time. 4. Payments, Credits & Plans Paid features include: Credit packs Plans Add-on features Payments are processed by Razorpay (on the website) and Google Play Billing (in the Android app). 4.1 Pricing Prices are shown within the app and may change. Any change does not affect purchases you have already made. 4.2 Refunds Refunds follow our Refund & Cancellation Policy (https://khasigpt.com/refund-policy) and the rules of the payment processor. Credits from a purchase that is refunded or reversed may be removed from your account. 4.3 Credit Policy Credits: Are tied to your account Are non-transferable Cannot be exchanged for cash 5. Acceptable Use You agree not to: Engage in illegal or harmful behavior Post or generate content that is hateful, threatening, or discriminatory, or that promotes violence Post or generate sexual content involving minors, or sexually explicit content of any kind involving real people without their consent Harass, bully, impersonate, or abuse others Share another person’s private information without their permission Send spam, advertising, or repeated unwanted messages Upload malware or content that infringes someone else’s copyright, trademark, or other rights Attempt to hack, manipulate, overload, or disrupt the system, or bypass usage limits Use the Services in a way that violates any applicable law in India 6. Your Content 6.1 Personal Knowledge and Uploads You may add your own personal information, knowledge entries, files, and images. You retain ownership of this content. You grant us permission to store and process this content, including sending it to our AI providers as described in our Privacy Policy, solely for the purpose of providing the Services. 6.2 Forum Posts Forum posts are public to other KhasiGPT users. You keep ownership of what you post, and you give us permission to display, store, and share it within the Services. You are responsible for what you post. 6.3 Reporting and Removal You can report AI responses, forum posts, and users using the report options in the app. We review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts that break these Terms or the law, with or without notice. 7. AI Content Disclaimer KhasiGPT uses AI models, including models from third-party providers, to generate responses. AI output may be inaccurate, incomplete, out of date, or occasionally offensive. You agree not to rely on AI output as professional advice, such as medical, legal, or financial advice, and to check important information before acting on it. You are responsible for how you use AI output. If you see a harmful or offensive response, please report it in the app. 8. Service Availability We try to ensure continuous access but do not guarantee: Uninterrupted service Zero bugs or errors Fully accurate AI responses 9. Intellectual Property All trademarks, logos, code, and platform features belong to NXGS Studio. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or distribute our content without permission. 10. Termination We may suspend or terminate accounts for: Violation of these Terms Fraudulent or harmful activity Legal or security reasons You may delete your account at any time from your Profile in the app or at https://khasigpt.com/help/delete-account. 11. Limitation of Liability To the extent permitted by law, NXGS Studio is not liable for: Data loss Financial loss Decisions made based on AI content Service interruptions Use KhasiGPT at your own risk. 12. Indemnification You agree to indemnify NXGS Studio for any claims or damages arising from misuse of the Services or violation of these Terms. 13. Governing Law & Disputes These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms or the Services is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Shillong, Meghalaya. 14. Changes to These Terms We may update these Terms at any time. The revised version will feature a new “Last Updated” date. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
